Most orders will ship the next business day, including Next Day Air orders. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. When calculating shipping time, the day the order ships out from our facility does not count as a transit day.

Orders shipped by West Coast Dance wear which are refused by the customer and restocked for reasons not pertaining to West Coast Dance wear's error, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise value. This fee, as well as the shipment’s freight charges, will be deducted from the corresponding credit.

There are no shipments on weekends or holidays.
UPS does not ship to PO boxes, but Standard Shipping from USPS is able to ship to PO boxes.

Returns

Customer Notice: 

We can only accept returns of items purchased on WestCoastDancewear.com within 30 days of receipt.e.

To return goods for a refund, please fill out the returns form sent with your order or download the  Returns Form here.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 14 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed. 

All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.  

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. 

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original "shelf-ready" condition which includes tags and any packaging. 

All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, therefore we strongly suggest that you use a track-able shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

In the interest of hygiene, tights & underwear are NON-RETURNABLE. 

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

  • In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Westcoastdancewear Return Policy, the Westcoastdancewear Return Policy does not apply.
  • Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. Westcoastdancewear CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.
  • Westcoastdancewear will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Westcoastdancewear Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.
